The project​

The Learning@TI Roadmap helps drive performance, developing team member's skills and providing continuous learning opportunities to help them advance in their careers. The journey offers specific learning programs based on the person’s role, skills and experience, beginning with IEvolve for all new frontline team members, moving through IAspire for individual contributors and newly promoted team leads and supervisors, on to IExcel for managers and supervisors, and finally to ILead for senior leaders.

Creative Team


As a Learning & Development Manager, I lead a team of training developers and instructional designers; together and with the guidance of the Learning & Development Director  we created a roadmap that helps team members better understand the progression of learning that is possible at TI, and how every team member can create a path to continuously learn and grow. 

We used multiple methodologies including design thinking and co-creation to design and develop this program for team members at TELUS International.

Design Driven innovation

I was also responsible for partnering with the marketing team at TELUS International to create a branding and marketing strategy for the roadmap. This strategy aimed to use our communication tools to inform users about our learning programs; as a result, we achieved an 82% adoption rate of our programs in 2016.
